We brought the EF team to Mijas, a whitewashed hillside town on Spain’s southern coast. Just 30 minutes from Málaga airport, the location was easy to access—but far enough from the city to stay fully present.

Our venue, a traditional Andalusian hacienda, gave us everything we needed to run a high-impact week: six adaptable meeting spaces, shaded courtyards for impromptu breakouts, and expansive outdoor areas perfect for welcome drinks and informal conversations. Teams could shift from strategy sessions to open-air brainstorms without missing a beat.
