People often ask me why we built OnsiteHub. The honest answer: I had seen how retreat planning worked from the inside of a large agency, and I knew it could be done better. More personal. More human. Built around what a specific team actually needs — not what fits a system.
That is what OnsiteHub is. And I don't run it alone — Kruno and I built it together. We built the agency we wished existed. European retreat specialists with a method, not a machine. Small enough to adapt to your exact team. Experienced enough to know what actually works.

I spent years inside a large retreat agency. The sales funnel. The proposal template. The handoff to a planner you have never spoken to. The dashboard where your retreat lives alongside 400 others.
Your brief gets read once. Your venue shortlist looks a lot like the last client's. The person you spoke to in the sales call is no longer involved. When something goes wrong, the decision travels up a chain before it comes back down as action — by which point, the window has usually closed.
